Kurt Conny Schips, DL1DA, is one of the founders of DARC. With the legendary brick stone campaign in 1948 he forced the authorities to establish an amateur radio law in Germany. As traveling DXer he activated more than 100 DXCC. He is also Member of the DXCC Honor Roll. Moreover he is the author of numerous articles and books.
